Program Description	Provide case management and medication support to adults with chronic and severe mental illness

Placement Period	September - May

Program/Placement Hours	20 hours

Preferred Discipline / Experience	MSW

First or Second Year Students	Second Year

Supervision & Support	Supervision by an MSW or LCSW. Student will have one-to-one supervision. They have their own desk, phone and computer in the intern office suite. They have access to use of a county car to visit and transport clients. On-going county trainings. We can accept 3-4 second year interns.
